• If trip has 6 or less passengers we operate our private touring vessel the 27 ft Grady White instead of the 24 passenger LavaKai.
• Reservations cancelled before 48 hours receive a 90% refund, all cancellations will be assessed a 10% processing fee.
• Cancellations Less than 48 hours, No-shows, late arrivals will not be refunded it doesn't allow enough time to rebook seats.
• All passengers must be in Good Health, with no Major Surgurys in the past 3 years, are not Pregnant, & climb a 8 foot painters ladder to get into boat!
